The Best Minecraft Structures

Here is a few interesting videos about what you could do in Minecraft if you had a lot of free time and creativity. If you want to try out Minecraft, hop on the FIGames Minecraft server.

You may want to turn down the volume before you start the video, the techno music can be a bit loud.

FIGames Minecraft Server

If you don't play Minecraft you should, or at least take a look at it. We have a server running for free and paid members. It's cool, it's fantastic, it's actually of a decent size with some really neat stuff in it.

Here is some pictures:

Cave Story hits Wii March 22nd

I'm hesitant to post content-less content, but alas, time constraints prevent me from doing much about it. Anyway, indie game legend Doukustsu Monogatari (aka Cave Story) finally has a release day for the WiiWare Wiimake. It goes on sale for an unknown amount of Nintendo Points, but I'd hazard a guess at anywhere above $10, maybe $15. I'll link both the press release and the TIGSource website 'cause the latter has a really cool interview with the developer Pixel.

Haunted garners cash, funds apocalypse

The Haunted, a third person demon shooty-punchy Unreal Tournament 3 mod turned standalone game just won the Make Something Unreal Contest with a grand prize of $1,000,00! That's a lot! I've tried this back when it was still for the criminally underrated UT3, and it was quite good but lacking in both content and servers. Hopefully, with this influx of money, they'll be able to add more stuff in to it and make the planned jump to retail indie game.

Runners-up in the MSU contest include The Ball, AFF Planetstorm, Prometheus and Hazard. Congrats to all winners!
